Can Nifediac CC cause anxiety & other mental issues?By Darwyn Lumley from Vista, CA on February 24, 2006 Category: Nifediac CC (Oral) I am taking Nifediac CC 60 mg ER at bedtime. I sleep soundly for about 3 to 4 hours and thereafter believe that I am awake and unable to sleep. My wife tells me that I do, in fact, get some sleep but am extremely restless. During the time that I believe I am awake my thoughts are very disturbed and cause me great anxiety. This has all taken place since I began taking Nifediac about one week ago. |

MY DREAMS BECAME VERY EXPLICIT, WILD AND SEXUAL , AND SOME BEING AGGRESSIVE. AS WELL FOR YOUR SLEEP PROBLEMS, THEY MADE ME RESTLESS AND UNABLE TO GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP ALSO. I FOUND GETTING ORAL SEX PRIOR TO GOING TO SLEEP WOULD HELP ME RELAX AND GET MORE REST. TRY SETTING A HABIT OF GOING TO BED AT THE SAME TIME, THIS ALSO HELPED ME. AS FOR THE SEX EVERY NIGHT, YOUR WIFE SHOULD BE WIILLING TO HELP YOU SINCE SHE WILL BE LESS DISTURBED BY YOUR TOSSING AND TURNING WHICH WILL ALLOW HER TO GET A BETTER NIGHTS REST ALSO! GOOD LUCK, AFTER A FEW WEEKS YOUR BODY WILL ADJUST TO YHE PILL OR PILLS, MINE DID. By bill from usa on August 05, 2006 | Reply | Interchangeable names of ProcardiaFeeling anxious and in a hurry has been my experience since I first started Procardia in about 1988. It changed to Adalat, to Nefedipine to now by Pharmasist to Nifediac. If it is all the same, why the changes. I had adjusted to Procardia and did fine until the changes. I believe it's affecting my memory. Just not sure how long one can take the same thing and justify the original reason, (no heart attack or high BP) just some chest pains, (after a mexican meal) probably indigestion, but by now I register around normal and high 139/88 whether taking it or not. I feel better when I'm not on it but afraid to not.
