Primaquine dosageBy Gil from Israel on January 17, 2006 Category: Primaquine phosphate I was on the Omo river in Ethiopia 3 months ago and got ill with vivax. got treated with 1 gram of Chloroquine for the first day and 0.5 gr for the next 2 days. the professor I was in cotact with advised me to take 2 pills for 14 days. I took the first 2 this evening and my body temp dropped to 35.9 C for about 15 minutes and then raised to 36.3 . Since then I feel my stomach especially when I lie down. do you think this dosage is too much or is it ok? In regards, Gil |
