How long will it take until I see some results from Minocin?

Hello,

I have been on Minocin for the last month and a half and my skin condition did not improve at all :O(
I was hopping to see the diffrence after a month of taking it. I am 25 yo, could you please tell me whether this is normal and I just need to be patient and wait another month to see the results (I have been given this medicine for 3 months to take) or I should rather consider visiting the doctor again?
