Paranoia from using Novasal...

Hello,
I wanted to know if Novasal can cause someone to become paranoid after taking it for a while? My father is 75 years old and takes this medication (4 times daily for knee pain)and only recently have we noticed a paranoid behavior in him. (closing window blinds so no one can see in while it is still daylight, etc.)

Dad is still very active and coherent but this particular behavior is just not like him. He does take other medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, and a low strength (181mg) adult aspirin daily. Any information you can provide will be most appreciated. Thank you for your time and help.

Enjoy your day,
Don
