Adult Dosage of Glyburide

What does micronized and non micronized mean in the adult dosage descriptions for glyburide?

I have level 2 diabetes and take 10mg glyburide before breakfast. My glucose readings are always high in the morning, 6:30am, running at 10.2 sometimes they fall to 9.5, by mid afternoon they are down to 5.5 to 6.0. AIB laboratory tests are always in the good range. Can I increase dosage to control high morning rate, if so, when is the increased dosage to be taken and how much can it be increased?
