hematuria in my dogBy alfred j pennisi md from usa on November 12, 2005 Category: Methazolamide my 81/2 old lab has diabetes and is post-op cataract surgery. He developed glaucoma and is being treated with methazolamide 50 mg bid...he has developed terminal gross hematuria after 1 week of medication. How common is this?? will it resolve with the discontinuation of the drug? any long term consequences to the kidney??? I assume it is renal in orgin and not from the bladder..is that correct?? thanks... |
