antiplatelet action of cilostazol

I would like to read more about the antiplatelet effects of cilostazol, I do not understand why it doesn´t potentiate the effect of aspirin, clopidogrel and or warfarin? Is the antiplatelet effect mild? I would also like to know the physiologic explanation of its effect on reestenosis
