What different names are used world wide for Hydroxyzine hydrochloride

I would like to find out if the name OLTREX is another name for ATARAX??

I recently purchased ATARAX from a Canadian pharmacy, but the shipment came from

INDIA, and was called OLTREX. I am unable to read the dates on the package, and it was obviously meant to be a sample drug package. The pills have an odor that smells like a strong cleanser or the smell of a new vinyl product.

I was worried about taking the pills, since I have not found any information about OLTREX so far in web searches.
