Nausea with Trivora-28

I recently had my pills switched from Ortho-Tri to Trivora. I have been on these pills for only 2 months now. I am on my second pack of pills..the fourth week and I am experiencing nausea/ sick to my stomach. It started Sunday night - and has continued for a week now.

My blood pressure has spiked - 140/94.....I am experiencing headaches as well.

I take my pill everyday @ the same time ( 10:00pm) and for the most part - use condoms as well...I feel as if I could be pregnant but I have been extremely cautious of that.

Please advise....

If you think you could be pregnant you need to take a pregnancy test right away.If the test says that you are pregnant then you should quit taking your birth control and make an appointment with your doctor.I think it can be normal to have some nausea, but since your blood pressure has spiked then it would be wise for you to see your doctor anyway because of the risks associated with birth control such as strokes.
