colds and flu when your on plaquenil

should i be concerned if i have a cold when i am on plaquenil, I have <u>not</u> had a cold in 2 years and i just started plaquenil a month ago and now i have the on set of a cold and i have not had the flu in all most 20 years. I have ra and sjogrins

PLease advise
