I am unable to take Lipitor, Pravacol, Baychol, due to muscle damage & pain from the

For 10 years and until 2 years ago, I took the drugs listed above (even Mevacor) and suffered from debilitiating muscle and bone pains. Not until I went off of these meds did I experience relief of these symptms. My cholesterol which dropped at its lowest to 236 was back up to 399 when I decided to go to Chinese herbs. So far they have dropped me to 336 after 4 months.. They are $90.00 for 10 days of 2 cups of putrid tea.....but it did lower a little....I cannot afford them. The medical Dr. says I stand a chance for stroke or heart attack in 5 years or less if I do not significantly lower the good and bad counts.

I am going to be 65 on 5/14 and have eaten a balanced diet withour extra fat. I am 30 pounds overwight since I do not exercise strenuously due to pain in legs from these drugs.

Dr. Recommending questran or generic. I have so much I want to do in life...What do I do now? Please help.
