Effexor and pregnancy

I am currently taking effexor (37.5). I started to wean off of it because I am wanting to get pregnant. I have two children already and was very consciencious of the use of medication during pregnancy and even nursing.

I stopped taking effexor for the first time on 4/20. I will be ovulating in about 6 days. My question is, when is the drug effexor completely out of my system? Does it go from your system shortly after weaning from it? How long should I wait to get pregnant?

I also was also wondering about taking effexor during the duration of nursing. Is it safe to nurse and be on effexor?

Last, are there any non prescription medications for anxiety/depression that you would recommend?
