Ultra freeda

I have been advised to take ultra freeda multivitamins and mineral with iron.

I am wondering what the ingredients are and whether it is the same product as centrum?

Also i have been told that the only form of CQ10 that really eorks is in gelatin form, is this true?

Please help asap.
