Is it safe for me to take panmist LA while taking 10 mg of lisinopril once a day?

I am taking 10 mg of lisinopril once a day for high blood pressure.

I was taking guaifen-pseudoephe tablets twice a day for my sinus congestion but it raised my blood pressure to high numbers and had to stop taking this product.

Is it safe for me to take panmist LA when my sinus' act up?
