no response to lupride 3.75 monthly for 6 mnths in 20 yr girl,how to treat now?

Hi,

A young 20 year girl has been on Inj Leuprolide Acetate depot monthly 3.75 for last 6 months but her ovaries are not decreasing in size from around 6.0 * 5.0 cms though there has been almost complete stopping of her periods during the treatment. What is the next line of treatment now.

She was on estrogen + progesterone for 6 months before that but did not respond. Also she cannot tolerate oral drugs easily

(She does not intend to get married or concieve for at least 1-2 years.)
