I have been taking citaopram for 5 weeks and started taking 20mgs from monday. Since the increase in dose, I have suffered constant vertigo and tinnutis 24 hours a day. I am now going to decrease the dose to 10mgs. Can someone tell me if tinnutis is reversible and it will disappear alltogether after a few days of decresing my dose?
