hydrocodone/acetaminophen

Dear pharmacist:

I am a medical transcriptionist with a family medical clinic, and it is my job to

verify all medication doses before submitting final copy to Epic. I have come upon

a combination of the above formulary that is unusual, and would like to verify it

with you. It has been dictated:

hydrocodone/acetaminophen 7.5/500

I am told this is a new formulary, but am wondering why it's not listed on your Web

site or in any of my pharmaceutical sourcebooks. Please verify if this is the case.
