I am, again, trying Topamax for miagraine control. My Doctor has decided to try 75 mg. As of 1 and 1/2 weeks no migraine. That may not sound like much but for me, it's heaven. I get migrains weekly. I'm taking 3, 25mg pills a day at $50.00 a week. I can't afford this. Is there any way I can get assistance in getting medications? If this continues to work, you have no idea. I've put my life on hold. I just wait for the next migraine. I don't make plans. My husband and family don't even ask me to go on vacations any more. I quit my job this past December because it was torutre to try to work a 2 or 3 day stretch with a migraine. Please, for the first time I see light at the end of a VERY long tunnel. I know it seems a bit early but it's been over a week with no pain. You have no idea!

I started with 25mg for 7 days, then 50mg for days, and just started with 75mg. So far so good. But as I said I need help paying for meds. AT $50.00 a week(21 pills). There is no way I can get this or any medication.
