Does pediatex-d reduce fever

My daughter (12 months old) has had runny nose, cough since last Thursday (it is now Tuesday). She's been running a fever (101-103 F) off and on since Friday night. We went to the doctor today and they gave us Pediatex-D for her symptoms, however I forgot to ask if I need to be giving her Tylenol as well for the fever. I just checked her temperature it was 102.7 but it was also time for her next dose of Pediatex-D. An answer as quickly as possible would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
