P Chlor GG Drops taken with Benadryl

Hello,

The P Chlor GG Drops/0,6ml/ were prescribed to my daughter / she is 15 months old / from her pediatrician along with Children's Benadry l/¾ tsp/. My doctor says that is ok for my daughter to take both medicines at the same time, but I am a little bit worried because both medicines contain antihistamine. So my question is: Is it safe for my daughter to take both medicines at the same time and wouldn’t there be an overdose?Thank you very much. I would appreciate any information regarding these medicines.Sincerely,
