bleeding while using Carac

I am using Carac on my nose and it appears that the skin is thin and bleeds. When I am in the shower it will bleed after I am done. Also, when I wash my face I have to be careful not to touch the area or it tends to bleed. I finished the carac a week ago and it is crusted over and will bleed occassionally. Is this normal.

Thank you,

Kathy hall
