drug interaction

I have recently been given samples of this medicine to replace Rx Pannaz. Will I be able to take Zyrtex 5 mg as needed along w/ this med? I am an asthmatic and very allergenic and have been suffering from pressure on ears and faceial sinuses. Have been able to tolerate Respa well so far - no side affects. Thank you.
