Missed taking my normal daily pill

I forgot to get my perscription filled on my birth control pills. I have not take a pill since tuesday night. i am on microgestin fe 1/20 tab continuous dosing (skipping the placebos) so i do not have a period. My question is should I take the placebo pills so I do not stand a chance of getting pregnant if I am sexual. i will not be able to fill my perscription until saturday morning, so I will be three days behind. What would you suggest I do before I can get my perscription filled.
