Headache & fever while taking Mefenamic acid

Sir,
I am 26 yr old male ,& suffering from serve headache & fever. presently i am taking a combination of MEFENAMIC ACID & PARACETAMOL, as prescribed by doctor. i am taking 3 tab. a day, but as soon as the effect of 1st. dose is over headache & fever continue. therefore i had to take another dose immediately.i am taking it four 3 days.
Please give me helpful advice.
