IgE reduction

Dear sir

a)Can Prednisone normalise an IgE of level 528 IU? if yes then in how many days?

b) Provided that other blood antibodys level is normal,will it lower them as well?

c)Can it cause an adverse reaction to a patient suffering from Gilbert Syndrome?

d) Does it suppress bone marrow?
