Seasonale question dealing with my period

Hi i just started seasonale and i started the 1st pill on the 1sr day of my period. And i started it last wednesday and it is now wendesday. Why is my period lasting this long? I dont understand and it looks.. wel not heavy but not light at all. Is this bad that it is lasting this long?
