InfertilityBy Dawn from Camp Hill, Pa on May 12, 2006 Category: Leuprolide acetate Could you please tell me if there is any chance of becoming infertile after taking leuprolide acetate injections for endometriosis? I had received 6 injections from January - June 1994. Once the injections were over, I was started on Depo Provera injections. I discontinued use of Depo Provera in August, 2005. If February 2006, my doctor prescribed medroxyprogesterone since I had not started to menstruate. I have taken this medication for 4 cycles and still have not menstruated. I am concerned that the leuprolide acetate may have made me irreversably infertile. Can you please tell me if that is a possibility so I can research other avenues to having a child.
