People rely on several dirnffeet things for relieving their pain. Pain is normal to endure when we are in this flesh but relying on Jesus all the time is always important. Not just when in pain but always. However it should be all the more when in pain and trouble for their is no better releif than in Jesus. As Jesus has set us a hope through Him that we would be getting a eternal body which He will provide and our burdens will be no more (2Cor 5:1-10). Jesus came to give us life that is eternal life through Him. When we live according to the Holy Spirit we live a full life, and that is an abundant life. It is not about facing the pain all by yourself but relying on Jesus so He may help you all the more for you don't have a High priest who does'nt know this pain but has gone through it and is able to revive you from it only if you lay it at His feet. Do not try to carry your burdens yourself for He is there for you. Focussing on your pain is going to take you all the more further away from Jesus but in times of trouble turning your eyes on Jesus the author and perfector of our faith will give us not only hope but also grace and mercy needed to endure the circumstances that we face. Don't look at yourself you will stoop but look onto Jesus and He will carry you through . Know that these troubles are temporary and this too shall come to pass.Glory, glory & glory to Jesus alone.
