Take a Folic acid and Vitamin B complex spemleupnt everyday. There's a liquid form of Vitamin B which works better than the capsule. These help in hair growth you see results in a few days. And if you can, use mint shampoo. This is also great in stimulating hair growth. When you massage you feel a tingling sensation and it has a great therapeutic smell. You could easily find this online or in organic grocery stores. This really helps make your hair grow and beautifully.Best of luck! ; )
