Poly-Vi-Flor (Oral)

Poly vitamin drops with fluoride and iron

Hi My grandson (12mos.) began recently taking these vitamins (poly vitamon drops & flouride supplement drops with iron .25mg) His teeth are now beginning to turn gray. Could this be a side effect of the vitamin? Thankyou
