Once your relevant class is determined, the QuotesChimp looks even more deeply into the statistics. Based on the class involved and the type of insurance being sought, the insurance company will determine what the average expectancy of loss will be within the class. For example, in a given community, five houses may be expected to burn per year. This information is important in setting prices, as we shall soon see.
