For 10 years now I have been on numerous different BCP on and off again and this has been the best one I have ever found. Unlike Ortho Tri Cyclen, I have not had any severe mood swings or depression. I also tried Tri Sprintec and had vertigo. I had vaginal dryness and tearing during intercourse, so my doctor switched my from Yaz to this. This area has been improved with Loestrin and I have had no children. I had had slight constipation with it, however I have been more moist down there than before. Anyone that is looking to switch or has had problems with other pills, I would highly recommend this. My doctor also switched me to Yaz because of the migraines I used to get, so I was put on a mono pill. However, I have had no headaches with Loestrin. This is finally the right pill for me.
