I have been taking a cheaper version of Lotrel for more than a year, a combination of Benazepril and Lotrel, and I have nothing but praise for it. While on it, my blood pressure went down to where it was supposed to be, and after a couple of months I no longer had any side effects. Some people don't give it enough time to take effect, but if they would give it enough time, they would see the side effects completely disappear.
