My daughter has been eantig strict paleo for approx 3 years, and is a trainer at Brand X Crossfit. She lost 100 pounds in 18 months. I was not very supportive and thought paleo was just a fad . Then I got cancer and have recently been diagnosed with MS. My blood sugar was in diabetic range. My primary care physician put me on paleo about 3 weeks ago, and my blood sugar has dropped already. My energy improves every day and my mood swings are gone. I am now a firm believer living paleo can only alter ones life for the better! Thank you for your story and recipes, and I hope for continuing good health for you!
