I have only taken Kadian for a few months, in the 80 mg dose, and I have a lot of pain sometimes, but this works pretty well at controlling it. I still have breakthrough pain on occasion, but I would still recommend this to those with severe pain.

I take this medication, Kadian 20 mg, for chronic pain caused by a bad knee replacement. It works very well and takes care of the pain until I can have another knee replacement.
