First of All and Foremost. DO NOT take anything whoutit consulting with your doctor first. LOL. I mean no harm or disrespect, but I think your health and life is to important for any new age marketing scam. Be very careful of what you ingest into your body because you may have adverse effect. And As for your wedding, Congratulations!!! LOL .. I wanted to lose weight to for that special day but I personally just balled it up and through it out the door. He loved and accepted me for who I was/am, How I looked, acted and feeled. He didn't care how much I weighed going down that aisle. The only thing he cared about was that I was there But anyhoots everyone has their own personal opionions and wants about life. So if you do want to lose weight do it safe and right. So here you go depending on how much time you have/height/current weight/age/medical conditions and desired weight this is what you can do. I'm not going to wow you too much with fancy talk but it's simple and a lot cheaper than buying items that seem to work on TV. But before you do this please consult your doctor you have an irregular heart beat plus your taking inderal .Soooo ..Eat healthy, you don't have to take out all of the fats and oils out completly just curve a little. So, if you eat a lot of fatty or fried foods like going out to eat everyday or every other day to a fast food resturant. Stop go only once or twice a week (to include deep fried foods) Next increase your calcuim and fiber intake along with fortified foods (now remember too much of anything can kill you, so don't go overboard) Just create nice healthy breakfast. Like a bowl of ceral and a apple or rice, boiled egg, toast, and bacon if you choose but in moderation 2 slices. Then keep yourself busy walk, hike, babysit someone kids LOL, Just have fun doing it. The ideal way to do it is to meet your target heart rate for 30mins to 45 minutes 3 to 5 times a week (consult your doctor) and finally the golden rule everyone hates. Drink a lot of water, but remember to much is harmful . So in a nut shell: 1. If you do anything do healthy and right 2. Eat healthy (don't eat a lot of fatty foods, but remember you don't have to stop completly)3. Eat and do things in moderation (too much of anything is harmful and to little can have the same effect4. Try to have fun when you exercise or at least do an activity that you enjoy5. Try to reach and maintain your target heart rate for 30 to 45 minutes6. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate. Drink water ( But not a lot too much of anything is what LOL that's right harmful)7. Sit back and relax stress can cause weight gain or keep you from losing it (kind of hard with a wedding going on I know. 8. Becareful of gimmicks9. Your short term and long term health is very important10. Your future husband love you for how you are. He wouldn't have asked you if he didn'tHey I hope this helps and I do wish you well. I added a couple links of interest for you. Oh, yeah the information I got about the target heart rate I had got from a dietian years ago. I lost like 40 to 50 pound in now timeI know the message is overwhelming but hey. I was kinda of alarmed. LOL but bottom line be healthy and if you don't want cutt back on the eating and all and the other stuff right away. No worries your body will do it for you naturally anyway. You'll stop wanting to eating fatty foods and etc once you start getting in a healthy mode. LOL Just workout 30 to 45 minutes a day at your target rate ( I don't know which rate would be good for you because I'm not a doctor. But I guess your mid target rate would be cool instead of your max.I wish you well and take care.
