At 28 weeks :) I always feel betetr on the days I'm active. I am still doing pre-natal yoga once a week, biking (both on the dirt roads around my house and on my trainer) when I can, walking/hiking, swimming whatever I can find time for! The only activity I really gave up from the first trimester was running. Our roads were too icy, snowy or muddy for months for me to feel stable. I cut back on climbing since my harness started to get a little small for the belly. With a new alpine harness that fits around, I'll be out on the slabs in NY on Monday for some super easy climbs. Like you, my midwives and I talk about my activity choices at every appointment. I would never do anything to jeopardize the little one. She seems to be happiest on the days we get to play.
