I came down with an Above average cold just after Christmas, and after the sinusitis and drainage went away, the cold moved to my chest. I went to my local Doc in a Box and described the symptoms,Dry cough, tightness in the chest and airway irritation that resulted in a persistant painful cough. He perscribed Chertussin and in within a day the cough became very productive, airway irritation relaxed and I started feeling much better. I would recommend this medication to anyone with similar symptoms.
