Content: Antianxiety agent: Chlordiazepoxide, 5 mg. Anticholinergic agent: Clidinium bromide, 2.5 mg. See also information on individual components.

Uses: Possibly effective as an adjunct in the treatment of irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis, and acute enterocolitis.

Contraindications: Pregnancy, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy.

Individualized. Adults, usual: 1-2 capsules t.i.d.-q.i.d. before meals and at bedtime.
