Additional Contraindications: Preexisting liver disease.

How Supplied: Chew Tablet: 200 mg; Granule for Reconstitution: 100 mg/2.5 mL, 200 mg/5 mL, 400 mg/5 mL; Suspension: 200 mg/5 mL, 400 mg/5 mL; Tablet: 400 mg

Dosage
?Oral Suspension, Tablets, Chewable Tablets
See Erythromycin base. NOTE: 400 mg of erythromycin ethylsuccinate will achieve the same blood levels of erythromycin as 250 mg of the base, estolate, or stearate forms.
Hemophilus influenzae infections.
Erythromycin ethylsuccinate, 50 mg/kg/day with sulfisoxazole, 150 mg/kg/day, both for a total of 10 days.
