on and off pain on right side of neck and shoulder

here is my problem. since about 4 weeks ago i suddenly started having some weird type of pains in various different parts of my body. for a few days in a row, my lower left side hurt really bad (infront, on top of the vagina area). after about a week it disappeared. then a week later it started up again and disappeard again after a few days. at the moment, the pain reappeared but not very severely. In addition to that the right side of my neck started feeling weird. it sort of like goes on and off the pain. like a strong burning pain there. sometimes i feel this pain for a min or two in different parts as well. like my back, shoulder or abdomen. I went to a doctor, took a urine test and they said that my white blood cell count was a bit higher than usual, and that its probably a bacterial infection.
I'm suddenly not so secure with their answer anymore. I'm scared. everything hurts. is there any reason for all this? Can it be symptoms of pregnancy?
