     Teen Pregnancy/STDs: The Lost Supper!

Be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: Why shouldest thou destroy thyself? Be not over much wicked, neither be thou foolish: why shouldest thou die before thy time? (Ecclesiastes 7:16 and 17)

Problem

Having sex before legal age has become so popular among teens. It seems, that if every teenager in school is having sex, then another teen decides to. This may be true, but it is only half the story. The Center of Disease Control and Prevention estimates about 9 million STD infections occur anually among youth ages 15 to 24. This is not the crowd the teen had expected to follow.

Purpose

The purpose of this article is
to pursuade teens to not be foolish and engage in sexual activities. It is also intended to convince teens to not be over wise and assume that it can not happen to them by associating teen sex before legal age with eating before meals.

Objective

The objective of this article is to prove that the effects of eating between meals will spoil the appetite before the dinner table is set; just as sex before legal age will spoil the desire before marriage presents. If successful,
the teen will accomplish their goal: go to college, get a "good paying" job, get married, and then start a family.

The Lost Supper

There could never be a better time to eat a fresh piece of hot fried chicken. Me, my older brother, and older sister
ran through the kitchen as children between outside play-time.

The smell of fried chicken sturred our hunger as it traveled through the air; attracting guests from blocks away - who would have been pleased only to know where the smell was coming from. However, it did more to us than just tap our sholders, it pulled us along by the collar.

Once a piece of chicken was done, mom would place the sizzling piece into a cake pan, layered with a few sheets of paper towels, to soak the grease. She then placed the chicken in the pan on the counter, in front of the stove, behind her in a cool spot, to allow to settle.

After a while, there was so much chicken on the pan that mom would have never known that a piece was missing. Wether lied and said we had to use the restroom, or find sometning else to play with, each time one of us would go through that kitchen and mom was not looking, we would grab a piece of that chicken and take it outside or to our room and eat it.

The more time we'd run through the kitchen, the less hungry we became. After mom had set the table, she'd called each of us by our name: Byron, Fred, Lanay. Ya'll come in this house and get washed up supper!

As we dragged in the house, to wash our hands, little did mom know, that we were as full as a trash dumpster during the holiday's. Still, we would sit down at the table, but neither of us hardly touched our food.

Mom seeing that we was not eating grew concerned. She would eventually take our plate and refridgerate our food until the next day of later on when we were hungry for it.

Even to this day, I bet mom still does not know why we were not eating after she had cooked "all of that food", she said. Well the day after, when the left overs was served, although they was not as good as the fresh fried chicken, the taste of that fresh fried chicken never left our minds.

Conclusion

If a teen having sex between their career goals, was anything like eating between meals, a teen would eat a piece here, eat a piece there until eventually, they were not hungry any more. When the opportunity arrives and the table was set, there would be no reason to even sit at the table.

The Prison Hospital

Prisoner: Look here, doctor! You've already removed my spleen, tonsils, adenoids, and one of my kidneys. I only came to see if you could get me out of this place!

Doctor: I am, bit by bit.
