Ok this has been bothering me for a while now and at every forum i have gone to people are either unsure or they tell me its something that im pretty sure its not. Basically my problem is i have these small bumps on the right side and only the right side of the head and top of my shaft. I have not yet had sex. The bumps seem to be in small clusters, the head of me penis has small pinky coloured ones and the ones on my shaft are slightly whiter then the skin on my shaft. None of them cause any irritation at all.
