I'm worry I caught something from a guy I slept with. I'm having burning and green discharge that stinks. I'm 16 and don't want my parents to know I had sex. If I go to planned parenthood will they be able to test me?

Your symptoms sound either like a Bacterial Vaginitis (hopefull!) or an STD. You definitely need to have this checked out. I'm not familiar with planned parenthood but I know that your local health department can help you.
