Desperate Mom FOUND PILLS IN SONS ROOM

I really need some help.I have found 2 different types on pills in my 16 year old sons room.I have no ideal what they are.I hope someone can advise me.The pills are in packs.The first one reads on the back Loratadine 10 mg.The second reads Acetaminophen 325 mg ,Dextromephorphan HBR 15 mg,Guaifenesin 200 mg and Phenylephrine HCI 5mg.Please can someone tell me what these are and more important what they are for? My son has been Backer Acted several times since Jan 07.He is on probation now. So Im not sure if these pills violates his probation and could get us both in trouble.I have a feeling I'm not going to like what I find out.Is he getting high off these?I look forward to any help.Thanks Signed:Desperate Mom
