Bought Prescription Online - Need Help. Quote | Reply

I recently bought some prescription drugs online and I just received a letter from US customs stating that they are holding them because it is illegal to import them. I had no idea that they were coming from out of the country and US customs is giving me the option of signing a paper agreeing that I have an interest in the package and I voluntarily agree to abandon the imported prescription drugs or request that customs sends them to the FDA to see if they should be admitted. It also reads that if I don't reply within 30 days then they will be considered abandoned and destroyed. Has anyone come across something like this before? If I sign the paper and send it back am I incriminating myself? What should I do?

It's not a good idea to buy prescription medications from other countries. Not only is it illegal, but its dangerous. I have not tried it but I have heard of other people trying it without good results. I would just try to stick with medications in the US.

It's not even necessary to buy medications online. You can get free medications by calling 1888-872-7519. It's free so it's cheaper than buying online and you get your medication from your own pharmacy, so it's safer.

Before you buy prescription drugs online, first research on the pharmacy, see for how long they are into business, where are they are from and whether they reliable and then order in future.
