Why does people make so a fuss of using benzo's for long term relief. Don't all medication have side-effect when stopped. Say for instance you take 1.5mg Xanax daily and you do not increase your dose for a year. If it stop working, instead of increasing your dose, just detox for a day or 2. I know of people who has been taking it for years. Please correct me if you think I am wrong
