I have these litlle white, hard spots all over my scrotum, somebody has told me they are oils spots or something, but i can't be sure!!

They look like spots but i can't squeeze them, nor will they empty out when i insert a pin!!

Has anybody, any ideas what they could be and how i might be able to get rid of them!!??

I am almost positive these are sebaceous cysts. They are a produc of oil glands situated on the hair shaft under the skin. These glands produce sebum that leaves through pores to the skin. When the pores are closed, the sebum starts accumulating and these cysts form. They are very hard and cannot be squezeed because they have a thick membrane on top. A doc could excite the bumps and the sebum but I am not sure if they would do it when there are many because sebaceous cysts are thought to me common. They may just send you home saying the bumps are harmless.
