Well...I've been masterbating about 3 times a day everday, and then i stopped for about a week, and then started again, and then stopped again, and then started again, and it seems my balls have shrunk alot....does anyone know why...?

Dude,

Your balls shrink and swell all the time. It's normal. If you have constant pain and swelling for more than a whole day, you should see a doctor immediately. Pain and swelling. Not just swelling or shrinking.

Testicles shrink when you are not aroused but when you become erect, testicles as well as penis get filled with blood and this is when penis erects and balls swell. After relief (orgasm and ejaculation), they would go back to the previous shrank state.
