Have you tried every diet known today and had little to no success in
losing and keeping the weight off?? This diet fads are just
that...FADS. Diet shakes, pills, etc. may work at the time, but your
body gets used to them, and then when you quit, you gain some or in
some cases all of your weight back. The only true way to lose weight
AND keep it off is through common diet and exercise. I know. I have
lost over 100 pounds just from learning how to eat and exercise right.

You are so right! Eating balanced meals and exercising is the only way! You don't even have to exercise a lot. Three times a week is all that it takes. I have been there and it worked every time!!!!

You are so right. It is so hard to do that sometimes. You see so many other people losing weight with these diets and you know people who have used things such as the lap band and went from for example 350 to 150. It's hard to try to do it the right way, when you are not really getting any results.
